Fun quilt to try
Hey ladies--here's a quick and fun way to finish a quilt in no time. You also get to use up fabric that maybe you aren't too fond of. Really no piecing either. All you do is put a top piece of fabric that you do like, (should be a solid color or close to it) and put another "top" fabric under the solid one. The second can be pieced with all the fabrics you want to get rid of. You still use batting and backing just as you would for a pieced quilt. I will quilt it with the "CIRCLE LORD" --7 TREASURES template. When you get it back you cut various petals out wherever you want. Here's a picture of one my friend Nancy did. After washing, the edges fray a bit. Quick, easy, and fun. TIP: If you make a large quilt like this, you can cut it into squares for baby quilts.
